KnitMeter.com!

The other night, I mentioned to my hubby, “I wonder how many miles I’ve knit this year. I wish there was a cool way to have a widget on my blog that said ‘I knit x many yards or whatever, this month, or year’, and that it kept records of it, so I could see when I worked on what.” I am a little obsessive-compulsive, and I like to let it work for me in my knitting. And I be willing to bet I put in a few miles on my needles over the last year.

So, we’re up for Beta Testing now. Enjoy! I’m having fun predicting my total for the next year… I’m betting I’ll average a mile a month. 🙂

If you talk about it on your blog, please include a link here in your post.  Also, coming soon will be crochetmeter.com to keep track separately of crocheting projects with a CrochetMeter widget.

  2. I want to say thanks for the knit metre. It’s been wonderful and easy to use since I installed it at the beginning of the year. I hope you don’t mind, but I recommended it to one of my ravelry.com groups as others were looking for a mileage widget.

    Thanks again. 🙂

  3. Thank you, Chriss! That’s great! I love using it, too! (Just wish I had more to add to it at the moment! 😉 )
